Booking & Payments

 

Payment Policy:

1. To confirm the booking, you are required to pay a non-refundable trip deposit amounting to 30% of the total trip cost.
2. The remaining balance of 70% must be paid before departure.
3. Bookings must be made at least one week prior to the trip, along with the completion of the booking form. For festive periods and peak seasons (March-May and September-November), bookings must be made at least one month in advance.
4. For high-altitude trips and international tours, you are required to pay 75% of the balance payment 15 days prior to the trip.

Cut-off Date:

The assigned quote is valid for one month from the date of the tentative booking. If we do not receive feedback from you within this period, we will assume that you are no longer interested and proceed to accept other confirmations for the same dates.
