20-30 minutes paragliding fly in the sky of Pokhara is an amazing experience. Once the reservation is made for Paragliding. Our representative will pick you up from your hotel (Pokhara) to Sarangkot by private vehicle. Sarangkot is the hill station where paragliding takes off. Sarangkot lies in the northwestern part of Pokhara valley which elevation is 1592 Meters. The drive is around 30 minutes and you will be given a safety brief by our experienced glider before the paragliding takes place.

The landing sport of paragliding is in Lakeside, Pokhara which is nearby the Phewa Lake. You will be experiencing the beautiful 20 minutes of your life in the sky of Pokhara during this adventure sport.

Flight time

The time for the flight is fixed for safety purposes. During a day, basically, two scheduled times are considered. The first flight is operated from 09:30 am to 10:00 am. Similarly, the second flight for paragliding flies from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm. Cloudy and storm weather is always avoided for safety purposes.

Rules for Paragliding:

Adults and children above 12 years are only allowed. Noone below the age of 12 years is allowed.

Children from 12 to 15 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of 18 years or older.

One should wear tight footwear. Loose shoes or footwear can fall during the fight.

The rider should not consume any alcoholic drinks before the ride.

Paragliding Price for 2024

The price for the paragliding in Pokhara is different according to flight time and nationality. It is comparatively less expensive to Nepalese citizens than any other country citizen. Paragliding in Pokhara cost is listed below in the table:
