Overview

Mulde View Trek is a captivating journey into the heart of Nepal’s renowned Annapurna Conservation Area, offering trekkers a blend of natural beauty, cultural richness, and panoramic mountain vistas. Rising to an altitude of 3,637 meters, Mulde Viewpoint is a hidden gem that provides some of the most spectacular views of the Himalayan range. From this vantage point, trekkers can admire the majestic Dhaulagiri range, Tukuche Peak, Nilgiri South and North, as well as the iconic Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail). On clear mornings, the panorama also includes the distant peaks of Manaslu and Ganesh Himal, making it a perfect spot for sunrise photography and memorable mountain experiences.

The trek is not only about stunning landscapes but also about the rich cultural experience it offers. Passing through traditional Magar and Gurung villages, trekkers get a glimpse of the local way of life, age-old traditions, and warm hospitality of the ethnic communities. During the spring months of February and March, the trail is adorned with dense rhododendron forests, adding vibrant colors to the journey and enhancing the trekking experience.

The Mulde View Trek is considered short and accessible, making it suitable for beginners, families, or those with limited time who still wish to experience the Himalayan grandeur. It provides an ideal combination of serene trails, rewarding mountain views, and cultural immersion. Itinerary

This day will be marked the beginning of the trip. Our representative/guide will pick you up from Hotel/Place and drop to Tourist Bus Stand. And leave Kathmandu and continue our drive to Pokhara today. The total duration of drive will be about 5-6 hours and we expect to reach Pokhara by 2 pm giving you time to explore. Upon arriving Pokhara, you will be transferred to your hotel. Rest of the evening is free to explore.

Note! For trekkers starting from Kathmandu, we provide complimentary airport–hotel transfers for foreign guests (whether you’ve booked your hotel independently or through us). If you are joining from other cities or border points, the meeting point will be Pokhara, where our representative will receive you at the airport or bus station and assist with hotel check-in (after 12:00 noon). On request, we can also arrange your domestic flight or private vehicle to Pokhara. In the evening, your trekking guide will meet you at the hotel lobby for a detailed trip briefing, followed by a short orientation walk to explore the local surroundings.

After breakfast drive to Kimche and start trek to Tadapani. We will visit Ghandruk on the trail and take a lunch at Ghandruk. We will be experiencing the wilderness of nature along the way as we hear the sound of waterfalls and birds chirping. Overnight at Lodge.

After breakfast trek to Dobato. It takes 4 hours. The trail goes upwards through rhododendron forest. We can experience Sunset view from Mulde View Point as well (subject to clear weather). Dinenr& Overnight at Lodge.

Wake up early in the morning (4:30PM), hike toMulde View Point (3637m.) for sunrise.  It takes 45 minutes only. Enjoy with spectacular Mountain range of Dhaulagiri, Tukuchepeack, Annapurna south, Machhapuchchhre&Nilgiri South & North, Manaslu& Ganesh Himal. Back to lodge for breakfast and trek to Ghandruk.

We will be driving back to Kathmandu in the morning.
