Before Departure Checklist for Nepal.

Once make sure pre-departure checklist while travelling to Nepal. 

1.Passport and Visas

Kindly make sure that you have hold a valid passport with at least six month validity remaining.

For Nepal visa, you can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. Or at diplomatic consulates or missions abroad. 

2.Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all traveler who is traveling to Nepal. It cover emergency evacuation and medical expenses. Please make sure that your insurance cover the level of activity you are undertaking.

3.Flight confirmation

Due to various region airlines may delay so it’s always better to re-confirm flight time. If incase any delay please inform us so that we can arrange the airport transfer accordingly. 

4.Right equipment for your trip

Please check and make sure things to carry items while making trekking to Nepal. You will get all list of equipment, clothing and personal packing items which we provide item list upon confirmed the booking.

5.Baggage & Luggage

Most of time is to be delay and getting out of the International airport in Nepal is due to the baggage claim. So we suggest you to bring a bag that will fit everything inside rather than too many pieces of small bags. It will save you the time from waiting at the baggage claim. We provide waterproof duffel bag to our guests to repack for the trek at the time of trip briefing. 

6.Airport Transfers

From Airport to you hotel transfer is easy. Either you are taking airport cab or as you request our company representative (Staff) will meet and assist you at the airport and will escort you to the hotel. Please look out for a placard of “Ghumnajau“at the exit of arrival. Kindly notify us if there has been any change in the flight time. 

7.Arrival Instruction at TIA

Upon arrival in Airport of Nepal. Kindly proceed to the immigration to apply for visa on arrival (VOA), Custom clearing and then collect your luggage outside the arrival hall. Please look out for person who is holding placard of Ghumnajau – Name of Guest and you will be escorted to the Hotel.
