Outline Itinerary:
- Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport (1400m) & transfer to Hotel.
- Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu (1400m.) to Besi-Shahar (760m.)
- Day 3: Drive to Chame (2670m.) on dirt track
- Day 4: Trek to Meta (3230m.) 6 hours.
- Day 5: Trek to Phu Village (4050m.) 6 hours.
- Day 6: Exploration day - Phu village and excursion the Himlung base camp
- Day 7: Trek to Nar Phedi (3820m) 7-8 hours.
- Day 8: Trek to Nar Village (4150m) from Nar phedi/ 4 hrs
- Day 9: Explore Nar Village and Gompa Monasteries 9-10 hours
- Day 10: Trek to Ngawal via Kang La Pass (5,130m)/ 5-6 hours
- Day 11: Trek to Manang (3500m.) & Drive to Chame (2670m.) / 7 hours
- Day 12: Drive back to Kathmandu/9-10 hours.
- Day 13: Disperse for final departure
