- Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 m)
- Day 2: Trek Preparation and Kathmandu Sightseeing
- Day 3: Fly to Tumlingtar (520 m) and Drive to Num (1,560 m) – 5–6 hrs
- Day 4: Trek Num to Seduwa (1,500 m) – 4–5 hrs
- Day 5: Trek Seduwa to Tashigaon (2,100 m) – 4–5 hrs
- Day 6: Trek Tashigaon to Khongma Danda (3,500 m) – 5–6 hrs
- Day 7: Acclimatization and Rest at Khongma Danda
- Day 8: Trek Khongma Danda to Dobate (3,520 m) – 6–7 hrs
- Day 9: Trek Dobate to Yangri Kharka (3,557 m) – 4–5 hrs
- Day 10: Trek Yangri Kharka to Langmale Kharka (4,410 m) – 3–4 hrs
- Day 11: Trek Langmale Kharka to Makalu Base Camp (4,870 m) – 4–5 hrs
- Day 12: Acclimatization day (Explore Makalu Base Camp)

- Day 15: Rest day for acclimatization.
- Day 16: Camp on the moraine (5640m) via Sherpani Col (6115m) 7-8 hours.
- Day 17: : Trek from the moraine to Panch Pokhari (5480m) via Amphu Laptsa (5780m) Duration: 4-5 hours.
- Day 18: Trek from Amphu Laptsa, Panch Pokhari to Amphu Labtsa Base Camp; Duration: 5-6 hours.
- Day 19: Trek from Amphu Labtsa BC to Amphu Labtsa Pass & down to Chhukung (4730m) Duration: 7-8 hours.
- Day 20: Trek from Chhukung to Tyangboche (3860m) Duration: 4-5 hours.
- Day 21: Trek from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3430m) Duration: 5-6 hours.
- Day 22: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2800m) Duration: 7-8 hours.
- Day 23: Fly back to Kathmandu.
- Day 24: Disperse for final departure

- Nepal Entry Visa (Visa can be acquired easily after your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu with a fee of USD 50 for 30 days visa and USD 125 for 90 days visa).
- Optional/add-on services: Extra assistant guide, personal porter, horse rental, or additional porters.
- Emergency and unforeseen costs: Helicopter evacuation, additional expenses caused by strikes, weather, natural disasters, or itinerary changes.
