- Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)
- Day 2: Fly Kathmandu/Manthali to Lukla (2,850m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m) | 35min flight + 4 hours walk
- Day 3: Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) | 5–6 hrs
- Day 4: Acclimatization & Exploration in Namche Bazaar (3,440m) | 3–4 hrs
- Day 5: Trek Namche Bazaar to Thame (3,800m)| 5–6 hrs

- Emergency and unforeseen costs: Helicopter evacuation, additional expenses caused by strikes, weather, natural disasters, or itinerary changes.
