Outline Itinerary:
- Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu (1350m) to Machha Khola (930m) via Arughat (550m) | 7-8 hours.
- Day 2: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1340m) | 6 hours.
- Day 3: Trek from Jagat to Deng (1,860m) | 6-7 hours
- Day 4: Trek from Deng to Namrung (2630m) | 6-7 hours.
- Day 5: Trek from Namrung to Samagaon (3530m) |6-7 hours
- Day 6: Acclimatization Day in Samagaon (Explore surrouiding monasteries )
- Day 7: Trek from Samagaon to Samdo (3865m) | 4 hours
- Day 8: Trek from Samdo to Dharmasala / Larkya Phedi (4460m) | 4 hours
- Day 9: Cross Larkya La Pass (5160m) and trek to Bhimtang (3590m) | 8 hours.
- Day 10: Trek from Bhimtang to Dharapani (1963m) | 7-8 hours.
- Day 11: Drive from Dharapani to Besisahar, then to Kathmandu (1350m) | 7 - 8 hours.

- Accommodation is available in Kathmandu on request (US$ 30-40) per night as per the hotel standard and client demand.
- Personal trekking gear & clothing: All necessary gear, clothing, and hygiene items.
- Travel insurance: Must cover high-altitude trekking and emergency evacuation.
- International travel costs: Airfare, airport taxes, and Nepal entry visa fees ( USD 50 for 30 days visa and USD 125 for 90 days visa).
- Optional/add-on services: Extra assistant guide, personal porter, horse rental, or additional porters.
- Emergency and unforeseen costs: Helicopter evacuation, additional expenses caused by strikes, weather, natural disasters, or itinerary changes.
